Terms of Service
These terms are maintained by Melbourne Taxi and apply to bookings made on this website or by phone on 0485671529.
Bookings
A booking request is confirmed once our driver calls or messages you back. Requests made through this website are sent directly to the driver; we aim to respond within a few minutes at any hour.
Fares
Fares follow the Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria tariff schedule. Estimates shown on this site (including airport estimates) are indicative only; the final fare depends on the route, traffic, tolls, tariff period and any booking fee or levy that applies.
Payment
We accept cash, credit and debit card via in-vehicle EFTPOS, Cabcharge, and pre-arranged business account billing. Card surcharges permitted under Victorian regulations may apply.
Cancellations
You may cancel free of charge at any time before the driver is dispatched. Please call 0485671529 as early as possible. Repeated no-shows may result in prepayment being required for future bookings.
Passenger responsibilities
Passengers must wear seatbelts, follow reasonable driver instructions, and are responsible for any damage or soiling of the vehicle caused by them.
